SingleSign is the digital signature feature of the SecureFlow Pro™ system. A physician
may choose to digitally sign a completed transcription report.
The digital signature is an encrypted string that contains the following information.
- Who signed the document
- What date and time they signed the document
- What IP address they used to sign the document
- The file name they signed
The SecureFlow Pro™ digital signature feature makes it easy for physicians who have priveledges
at multiple facilities. Using a single account, the physician can digitally sign transcription
reports for each facility they are associated with.
