Austin, Texas - Remote Operations releases FileSynch™ version 2.2 with Referring Physician Support
Version 2.2 of FileSynch™ has been released to include delivery capabilities to referring physicians. The delivery mechanism for SecureFlow Pro™ has been upgraded to satisfy an urgent need that had not been addressed in medical dictation and transcription services offerings prior to this release.
Remote Operations recognized the inherent inefficiencies and security concerns associated with the traditional processes that medical facilities use to deliver completed transcription reports to referring physicians. Medical facility employees spend numerous hours each week attempting to fax completed transcription reports to referring physicians’ offices or cut, paste and email reports. Busy lines, faxes out of paper or machines being used by multiple parties, and mistakes made in email addresses were just some of the inefficiencies and security concerns that the most recent version of FileSynch™ solves.
Utilizing state of the art encryption technology, referring physicians can receive preliminary and final copies of completed transcription reports to various computers within their facilities and/or at their homes. In the competitive medical market, establishing and maintaining patient referring relationships with other providers is critical. The ease with which medical transcriptions are securely delivered from Remote Operations’ clients to referring physicians insures that they will receive more referrals from these valuable sources. And eliminating the need to fax or email alleviates security concerns for both entities.
Remote Operations' clients can easily and quickly upgrade to the newest releases of FileSynch™, the HL7Coupler™ and other proprietary SecureFlow Pro™ software applications through the Internet. Remote Operations does not charge for such upgrades or maintenance on most of its software applications.
