Austin, Texas - Remote Operations selected by four separate facilities
Remote Operations has been selected by four separate medical facilities serving multiple communities in Texas to provide transcription services to their physicians. The facilities share several physicians that need to dictate, digitally sign and receive finished transcriptions.
Previously the physicians dictated on four seperate systems, had to visit four separate facilities to physically sign finished transcription reports and received faxes and emails from four separate systems.
Using SingleSign (SM) the physicians will have one Remote Operations account to dictate reports, digitally sign the finished transcription reports and will receive the reports automatically using FileSynch™ at their satellite offices. The physicians can digitally sign the reports from any Internet enabled device including their BlackBerry™ handheld devices.
The benefits to the facilities include a reduced time-to-chart metric. The time-to-chart will be reduced from three days to one.
