SecureFlow Pro can be implemented in any environment, provisioned remotely via the Internet, without
updating or changing current hardware or software.
Working with your dedicated Account Manager, you will provide basic information about your personnel and
technology. Your Account Manager will assist you with creating templates, determining staff permissions and
selecting the best audio receipt and delivery options.
Your unique configuration will then be process-, flow- and load-tested to ensure an error-free transition.

Each client is assigned a dedicated Account Manager that is empowered to resolve client issues
or escalate the issue to the appropriate level.
Account Managers are available during normal business hours (client's local time) to anticipate and resolve
client issues. Email support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
SecureFlow Pro's flexibility allows Account Managers to quickly identify, easily resolve and update the client on the status of the issue.
